At Retro Game Repair Shop, we want to ensure your vintage hardware projects are a success. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return uninstalled and unmodified parts within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure all items are in their original packaging and have not been soldered, modified, or installed, as altered components are ineligible for return.

  Submit Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the return to receive an RMA number and shipping instructions.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items using anti-static bags and protective padding to prevent damage during transit back to our repair facility.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our technicians inspect the returned parts, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
